What's going on {insert name here} my name is Kristen Bertolini and a year ago, I made a decision that completely changed my life.

Now, I’m not someone who’s been doing this for 10+ years or traveling the world speaking on stages…

Honestly, that was never the goal for me. The goal was simple. I wanted to be home.

Present with my kids. Not constantly feeling pulled between work and everything that actually matters. I wanted the kind of freedom where I could make decisions for my life…without asking for time off, without being told where I had to be, or when.💯

Before this, I was doing what most people do…

I spent over 20 years working in the healthcare field—long hours, constantly on my feet, giving everything I had to everyone else. Trying to keep up. Trying to do it all.

Thinking that maybe one day it would all slow down.

But if I’m being real…

I looked around and saw where that path leads. More stress. Less time. Always waiting for “someday.” And I knew I didn’t want that.

So I made a decision that honestly felt a little scary…and very different from what most people around me would choose. And yeah… not everyone understood it. But I did it anyway. And that decision? It opened doors I didn’t even know were possible.

Now I get to live a life that actually feels aligned. More time with my family. More presence in the moments that matter. And I’m traveling to places that used to feel like just dreams…and now they’re part of our real life.

Not because everything became easy overnight—but because I finally chose a different path.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned…it’s to listen to people who’ve actually built the life you want—not the ones just watching from the sidelines. No one learns how to cook from someone who’s never stepped in a kitchen!🤷‍♂️
